However, you do have to be just a little more careful when heating white chocolate to do so slowly; otherwise, it may seize up and become grainy.

Half and Half. Dip half the cookie in one type of candy melts and the other half in a different color. This is a fun twist for parties. Melt the white chocolate slowly at a low heat over your stove top (my preferred method because the chance of burning the chocolate is slim.)
