In my case, it’s the one that gives me the closest shave on the moustache and chin where my beard is really dense and thick.

But again, because the 93xx Series 9 have the same shaving heads and motors, you won’t actually get a closer shave compared to the previous models.

Since these rockers are made out of plastic, they can wear out unevenly over time or some dried lather or gunk can get in the way as well. This most likely may mean that the performance of a 32 bit processor is not an advertising gimmick ! I’m sorry about the bad experience, it’s totally understandable why you would want to stick to a different brand.

It’s also possible for Braun to extend the life cycle of the Series 9 if the sales are still going strong.High-quality models like the Braun Series 9 make it a comfortable experience – but if you’d rather shave wet (using gel or foam), you can – the waterproof body of the 9390cc lets you use it either way. So you can expect a good two or three weeks of regular shaving before you need to charge the shaver back up either via a cable directly or via the cleaning station. I personally would go for the Series 7, but I have a coarse beard and my skin is very sensitive, so in my situation, it’s worth the extra money.

While I do enjoy using shaving cream, especially with Panasonic shavers, I almost always shaved dry with the 9385cc and I think this is how most men will end up using this razor as well. So, the Braun series 9 is not cutting it for me in regards to razor burn, but I have had good experience with Gillette’s new Skin-guard razor. My neck has always been a tricky area to shave and I would often get razor burn and some ingrown hairs and painful bumps.
